Mother of missing Cleveland teen Keshaun Williams pleads for 15-year-old son to come home: 'I have been worried about you'

Keshaun, who is 15 years old, has been missing since June 17 when authorities say he never returned home.

CLEVELAND — As the search continues for missing Cleveland teen Keshaun Williams nearly five months since an Amber Alert was activated in the case, his mom pleaded for him to come home while speaking at a press conference Friday morning.

“Keshaun, since you’ve been gone, I have been worried about you," his mother said. "I miss the days that we eat breakfast together, we watch movies. I just miss seeing you in the morning when you wake up. I just miss waiting for you to walk through that door, taking you to boxing practice. I miss your smile. I want to hear your voice. Keshaun, if you see this, please come home. I love you and I’m waiting for you, because I know you’re going to walk through that door.”

The press conference was held just days after reward money in the case increased to $22,500.

Keshaun, who will turn 16 on Dec. 9, has been missing since June 17 when authorities say he never returned home after telling his mother to say he was on his way.

"Anybody out there who thinks they know what happened to Keshaun or have any knowledge of the disappearance that evening, no lead is too small," added Sylvia Colon, Co-Founder of Cleveland Missing

Keshaun is described as 5'7" tall and weighs 130 pounds with brown eyes. He was last seen wearing black jogging pants and a T-shirt.

"We continue to actively search for Keshaun and are committed to this investigation," Cleveland police spokesman Sergeant Wilfredo Diaz told 3News. "We are in constant communication with Keshawn’s family and will continue to work with our federal partners to follow up on any leads we receive. If anyone has any information, we ask they contact the Cleveland Division of Police."

If you have information on Keshaun Williams' whereabouts, please call Cleveland police at 216-623-5400.
