The Cleveland Police Department has issued a Missing Adult Alert for 70-year-old William Santiago on Thursday evening.
Police say Santiago left his Franklin Avenue home on foot at approximately 2:45 p.m. and has yet to return.
Santiago suffers from dementia and is need of his medication. He was last seen wearing black sweatpants, a gray long-sleeved shirt, and a red sweatshirt. Santiago stands 6'01" tall, weighs 175lbs, and has gray hair and brown eyes.
