EAST CLEVELAND, Ohio — The East Cleveland Police Department has located Dymond Cook. She was found safe Tuesday.
Police did not release any additional details regarding her return home.

The East Cleveland Police Department is seeking the public's help locating a missing woman.
Dymond Cook, 20, was last seen in near the 1800 block of Page Avenue in East Cleveland around 10 a.m. Monday.
She is described as black woman standing five feet, three inches tall, weighing 185 pounds with pink hair and glasses.
Dymond is bipolar and has special needs including medication every 12 hours. Police say she may be headed to the 2900 block of Harvey Avenue in Cleveland.
