Gov. Mike DeWine says FEMA won’t aid people in East Palestine following the Norfolk Southern train derailment where dangerous chemicals were released, as the Ohio River is being closely monitored for contaminants. 

Plus, the EPA has promised to stay in the area as long as needed. Meanwhile, another Norfolk Southern train has derailed in Detroit. 

We’re also following the case of an Akron police officer who was arrested on 21 charges related to child pornography, and have the latest on a massive fire in Willoughby.
