His injuries were not consistent with being run over according to police.

Officers noted that while talking with Arroyo he was slurring his speech and an odor of alcohol could be smelled on his breath.

Arroyo told police that he was not drunk and that a man in a neighboring home was responsible for running him over.

According to the report, the man told officers that he and Arroyo are good friends and that the pair with several others were celebrating Arroyo's birthday at Diso's Bistro.

The man told officials that Arroyo sustained his injury after falling from the hood of his car after being told he was too intoxicated to drive.

The man told police that Arroyo was trying to get him to come out of his home and that he didn't want him on his property.

Officials told Arroyo that he was not wanted on the property and needed to leave, even offering him a ride home.

According to reports, Arroyo refused multiple times and was placed under arrest. Refusing to get into the police car, Arroyo had to be physically pulled into the cruiser by another officer.

While in the cruiser, Arroyo began kicking the windows en route to the Lorain City Jail.

Police say Arroyo was not cooperative during the booking process and repeatedly kicked the holding cell door.
