Service has been restored to several agencies across Northeast Ohio that experienced issues with their 911 telephone lines Sunday.
Officials say the outages were due to the software experiencing a "limited connectivity."
The agencies impacted provided alternative numbers for residents to reach officials if they were in need of help.
