His passenger, Arielle Davis, 28, was also ejected from the vehicle. She was transported to Akron City Hospital with life threatening injuries, where she later died.

Ms. Williams was transported to Akron City Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

None of the parties involved were wearing their seat belts at the time of the crash and alcohol is suspected to be factor.
