The driver of the motorcycle, 38-year-old Stephanie Terry, was pronounced dead by the Summit County Medical Examiner's Office due to the injuries she sustained from the initial impact. The driver of the truck was not injured.

Troopers add that Terry was not wearing a helmet or any other safety equipment at the time of impact. Alcohol and/or drug use is being investigated.
