Medina's Castle Noel now a 'Land of 1000 Delights'

Castle Noel in Medina's historic square has new attractions for the 2017 holiday season including Saks Fifth Avenue’s "Land of a 1000 Delights" 2016 window displays.

Medina -- If you’re looking to see artifacts, props, and costumes of iconic movies from Christmas past, you don’t need to travel to an abandoned soundstage in Hollywood or New York, all you have to do is head to Medina.

Castle Noel sits at the corner of South Court and Smith in the Medina historic square. Fifty-four year old Mark Klaus, is the creator of this fantasy land, which he says is America’s largest year-round indoor Christmas entertainment attraction. Before you ask, Mark also says “Klaus” is his real last name.

Now in it’s fifth holiday season, Castle Noel features a collection of Hollywood Christmas movie props and costumes from movies like Will Ferrell's “Elf” and Tim Allen’s “The Santa Clause.” Cousin Eddie’s RV from the film “Christmas Vacation” is even parked on the property.

New to Castle Noel for the 2017 Holiday Season is Saks Fifth Avenue’s "Land of a 1000 Delights" 2016 Holiday window displays, which debuted in New York City in 2016.

All of these attractions and more are featured as guests move through an hour and half tour of this multi-floor winding maze of Christmas relics.
