Cleveland Cavaliers to play game in Paris against Brooklyn Nets

Fans can now register for a presale to get tickets to the game being played on Thursday, Jan. 11, 2024.

CLEVELAND — The NBA announced on Wednesday that the Cleveland Cavaliers will be going abroad for one of their regular season contests during the 2023-24 season. 

The Cavs and Brooklyn Nets will play the league's third regular season game in Paris at AccorArena on Thursday, Jan. 11, 2024.

The NBA is also offering an official experience package, which will give fans an "unforgettable journey beyond the court." The package will give fans VIP access to the game, a meet and greet with NBA legends, an expo lounge and more.

The upcoming trip to France will mark the first time the Cleveland Cavaliers have played in Europe and just their third international game in franchise history. Previously, the Cavaliers traveled to China in 2007 and Brazil in 2015 during preseason action. 

The NBA Paris Game 2024 will air on BeIN SPORTS and NBA League Pass. Additionally, the NBA will conduct interactive fan activities and outreach to youth basketball development in Paris.

Officials say that the full 2023-24 Cavaliers regular season schedule will be released at a later time.
