“Growing up as a young basketball player I looked forward to playing basketball in the summer and getting the opportunity to learn from different coaches and players,” said Garland. “I decided to host these camps to give young ballers an opportunity to advance their basketball skills, build new relationships and create lifelong memories.”

The camp is open to boys and girls between the ages of 8-years-old and 14-years-old.

The camp at Richmond Heights High School will feature Garland as well as many other special guests.

Each camp attendee will receive a camp t-shirt and an autographed item. In order to give attendees the best and most memorable camp experience, Garland partnered with Cleveland-Cliffs, Lago East Bank, Upper Deck, Pierre’s Ice Cream Company, Cavs Academy and Gatorade.

Garland’s other youth basketball camps will take place during the month of June. The second camp will be on Friday, June 10, in Merrillville, Indiana, and the final camp will be on Thursday, June 16, in Nashville, Tennessee.
