CLEVELAND — After losing to the Houston Texans in the AFC Wild Card game in January, Cleveland Browns fans are anxiously awaiting the start of a new season, with hopefully a healthy Deshaun Watson at quarterback.

However, teams were initially expecting the release to occur this Thursday, but the reason for the delay was reportedly not mentioned in the memo.
