The Cleveland Cavaliers star vowed to celebrate shirtless if the Cleveland Browns won Thursday night’s game.
For the first time since Christmas Eve 2016, the Browns were victorious -- and Smith was there at FirstEnergy Stadium to witness it all.
And then he took his shirt off.
