The matchup in Super Bowl 56 has created quite the conundrum for Cleveland Browns fans. On one side, you have one of the Browns' AFC North rivals. On the other, you have wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr., who worked his way out of Cleveland earlier this season before heading to Hollywood.

But when it comes to next Sunday's championship game between the Cincinnati Bengals and Los Angeles Rams, one of the world's most famous Northeast Ohio natives has made it clear his allegiances are with the Buckeye State.

Taking to Twitter on Friday, rapper Kid Cudi revealed that he had asked Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow for his game-used jersey from Cincinnati's overtime victory over the Kansas City Chiefs. Burrow, a native of The Plains, Ohio, obliged, with Cudi posting a picture of the grass-stained white jersey -- which he says he'll wear to the Super Bowl -- to his Twitter account.

"Ok. So after the Bengals win against the Chiefs, I hit Joe and congratulated him and asked if I could have his jersey," Cudi wrote. "He said yes and sent it right away. rockin this b**** to the game and then framing it. I am so geeked right now.  #ohiolove"

The admiration between Burrow and Cudi -- a native of Shaker Heights -- is mutual. Following the Bengals' win over the Chiefs, the No. 1 pick of the 2020 NFL Draft revealed that he prepares for each game by listening to Cudi.

β€œI listen to strictly Kid Cudi pregame," Burrow revealed. "'New York City Rage Fest,' 'Soundtrack 2 My Life,' 'Up Up & Away.' All that good stuff from old Cudi."
