CLEVELAND -- A water main break has blocked the intersection of Clifton Boulevard and W. 115th Street.
Crews are currently working to repair the break, but there is no estimate on when normal traffic will resume in the area.
As a result of the closed intersection, drivers can expect heavier traffic on Lake Road eastbound toward downtown Cleveland.
