INDEPENDENCE, Ohio — Traffic on Interstate 480 is moving again in both directions following an accident near the Interstate 77 interchange this afternoon.
Exact details on the accident are not known at this time, but cars headed westbound saw delays of about 20 minutes starting in the area of Garfield Heights. Eastbound delays were not as bad, but vehicles were still slowed all the way to Brooklyn Heights.
