- Erie
- Huron
- Lorain
- Medina
- Ottawa
- Richland
- Sandusky
- Seneca

Winds of 25-35 mph are expected with gusts up to 50 mph.
With winds that strong, power outages are certainly possible.
“Winds of this magnitude can cause minor property damage without extra precautions,” the National Weather Service warns.
