Heavy snow is possible during the course of the storm. The National Weather Service says total snow accumulations of 5 to 8 inches with locally higher amounts are possible.

The wintry conditions mean travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning or evening commute.

Winds could gust as high as 40 mph. These conditions will cause wind chill temperatures to fall into the single digits Wednesday night through Saturday morning.
