Mail delivery suspended in parts of Ohio due to cold temperatures
Jan. 30, 2019: The United States Postal Service has declared that its carriers will not deliver mail to several areas in Northeast Ohio today because of below-zero-temperatures. Areas with the following 3-digit zip code beginnings will not be serviced: 441,458, 452, 430-432.
