An Issue 10 campaign rally was held in Parma, Sunday, ahead of Tuesday's primary election.
The rally, held at Veterans Memorial Park, was held to encourage voters to vote yes on Issue 10.
Issue 10 will decide if a nearly 30-year ban on pit-bulls as pets in the city will stay or go. Parma City leaders voted to put the issue on the ballot earlier this year.
Tuesday's vote comes after months of pressure from groups on both sides of the issue, and a similar ban recently lifted in Lakewood.
