CLEVELAND — WKYC Fugitive of the Week Charles Jones-Hills Jr. is being sought by police for robbery, drug trafficking and a weapons offense.
He is believed to be residing near the 22800 block of McCann Street in Cleveland and is to be considered armed and dangerous.
Jones-Hills is 28, black, 5 foot 8 inches and 180 lbs.
