Two arrested in fatal shooting of 57-year-old man on Cleveland's west side

CLEVELAND — The Cleveland Division of Police is investigating the fatal shooting of a 57-year-old man. 

According to reports, officers responded to a home in the 13900 block of Lakewood Heights Blvd. for a wellness check after callers reported seeing blood coming from under the garage door of the home on December 26.

At the home, officers entered through an unlocked door and found the victim on the floor of the garage in a large pool of blood.

The victim, later identified as Chris Dong Vo, was pronounced dead at the scene. Autopsy reports found that Dong Vo suffered a gunshot wound to the chest and cutting wounds. 

Police believe Dong Vo was last seen alive on December 24. 

While no officials charges have been filed, two people have been arrested in connection with this crime. The shooting remains under investigation.
