CLEVELAND — As concerns of the coronavirus continue growing as the illness spreads, the Cleveland Clinic is taking action.
“As of today, March 5, we are suspending all nonessential international business travel through March 31, 2020,” Clinic officials tell 3News in a statement. “For domestic business-related travel, we are asking our caregivers to use strong judgment and caution when determining whether it is necessary. We will reevaluate the travel restriction and all other measures as this evolves.”
Ohio has no confirmed cases of coronavirus – also known as COVID-19 – as of Thursday morning.
Health officials say the symptoms of coronavirus include fever, cough, some chest pain and shortness of breath.
