BrewBoat returns for more beer-filled cruises along the Cuyahoga River in Cleveland

It's back!

CLEVELAND — Beer-filled “party cruises” on the Cuyahoga River are back again this year as BrewBoat has started taking reservations for its watery Cleveland adventures.

BrewBoat takes riders on a 100-minute journey with up to 15 guests who pedal-power the vessel along the water. There are 10 pedal stations that surround the central bar with additional bench seats at the bow of the boat.

“You’ll drink, pedal and float your way to the best day of the summer,” BrewBoat officials explain.

Not in the mood for all that pedaling? BrewBoat is offering a new BrewBoat Lite experience this year to “offer the same great time with just a little less cardio.” These boats hold up to 10 people.

“We’ve replaced the bike seats with comfy bar stools," officials said.

“All of the BrewBoats come equipped with a Bluetooth stereo system that can connect to your phone, pretty souvenir cups for everyone aboard, coolers fully stocked with ice and an experienced captain to safely navigate the waters and occasionally make some terrible jokes.”
