CLEVELAND -- Cleveland Cavaliers point guard George Hill will be available to play in the team's Game 7 matchup against the Indiana Pacers on Sunday, although it remains unclear whether or not he will resume his starting role.

Cavs head coach Tyronn Lue declined to specify a role for Hill, who has missed Cleveland's previous three games with back spasms. Hill initially suffered the injury following a screen from Pacers forward Trevor Booker in Game 1, but proceeded to play in the next two games of the Eastern Conference Quarterfinals series.

Hill's back, however, locked up on him in the second half of Game 3 and 9th-year veteran has been sidelined ever since.

Lue also declined to share any other changes he plans on making to Cleveland's starting lineup following the team's 121-87 loss to Indiana in Game 6 on Friday. In Hill's absence, Jose Calderon had been starting at point guard for the Cavs, joining LeBron James, Kevin Love, Kyle Korver and J.R. Smith in Cleveland's starting lineup.

Tip-off for Game 7 on Sunday is slated for 1 p.m. ET, with the winner advancing to face the Toronto Raptors in the Eastern Conference Semifinals. Should the Cavs lose, it would mark the first time in James' career that his team has failed to make it out of the first round of the NBA Playoffs.
