The warning lasted until 4:30 p.m.

The National Weather Service has expired a Severe Thunderstorm Warning for parts of Cuyahoga, Medina, Summit, and Trumbull Counties.

A warning was also initially issued for Lorain and Portage Counties, but that expired just after 4 p.m.

Residents saw wind gusts of up to 60 miles per hour and roughly quarter-sized hail, which was expected to bring some damage to trees and power lines. Drivers are asked to proceed with caution.
