Phoenix Coffee: Multiple locations
In addition to being one of Northeast Ohio’s favorite coffee shops, with five locations throughout the region, Phoenix also happens to be the most progressive. The homegrown company recently transitioned to a worker-owned cooperative, which gives workers an ownership stake in the company, profit-sharing and representation on the board.
