In this time of fear caused by the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic, there have been people here in Northeast Ohio who have found a way to safely lend a hand and make a difference to their neighbors, their loved ones, and to total strangers.
From the medical professionals who have been on the front lines in our hospitals and laboratories, to people like Baker and Emily Mayfield, who donated $50,000 to the Greater Cleveland Food Bank, to those who have just performed a small, but important act of kindness like delivering a meal to a neighbor.
We are proud of the people who make Northeast Ohio a community of togetherness. And we at 3News want to help tell stories of inspiration by highlighting the work done by heroes during the coronavirus pandemic.
