CLEVELAND — The Cleveland Division of Police is asking for help from the public after a 15-year-old boy was reported missing.
Donovan Higgins was last seen on July 15, at his home on West 53rd Street in Cleveland.
Higgins is described as a 5-foot-8-inch white male with blonde hair and blue eyes weighing approximately 140 pounds.
Anyone with information on Higgins is asked to call 911 or contact 216-623-7697.
