Cleveland Winter Beerfest returning to Huntington Convention Center Jan. 24-25, 2020

The Cleveland Winter Beerfest will return to the Huntington Convention Center in downtown Cleveland in January.

The Cleveland Winter Beerfest announced on Tuesday that it will hold its annual event at the Huntington Convention Center in downtown Cleveland January 24-25, 2020.

Labeled "the celebration of all things craft beer," this year's event features more than 350 local, regional and hard-to-find craft beers from more than 130 breweries including Great Lakes Brewing Company, Fat Head’s Brewery and many more. Concessions from local food trucks and live music on both Friday and Saturday night will also be provided.

“For seven years, Cleveland has allowed us to throw the biggest party of winter. We’re very thankful to the thousands that support us,” event co-founder Matt King said in a press release. “Every year we work to top ourselves and this year is no different. From securing some unbelievable small batch beers to entertainment and more, we’re stepping up every aspect of the event.”

Proceeds from the event will "benefit Ohio Music Education Society and The Music Settlement in their missions to expand music education to those in greatest need."

Early admission tickets are now on sale and will cost $45 through Dec. 24. After that, ticket pricing will gradually increase, with early admission tickets costing $65 and regular admission costing $55 on the day of the event. Designated drivers can also get in at a discounted rate and will receive free water and/or soft drinks, as well as a $5 food voucher, with tickets costing $25 on the day of the event.
