CLEVELAND — Editor's note: the video player in the video above is from a previous story.
A semi-truck flipped over on Interstate-90 near West 117 St. on Thursday, restricting access on I-90 East near the scene of the crash.
The ramp from W. 117th St. to I-90 Eastbound is currently closed, according to the Ohio Department of Transportation. Several lanes on I-90 East beyond W. 117th St to West Blvd/Lorain Ave were closed throughout the afternoon but all lanes were reopened by 3:20 p.m.
A spokesperson for the Cleveland Division of Police's Office of Public Affairs told 3News the crash occurred around 12:30 p.m.
Photos taken by 3News show the badly mangled truck, which appears to have an oil tank hitched to its tractor unit, being loaded onto a flatbed, along with a trail of debris and an oil-like substance on the highway behind the truck.
This is a developing story. Stay with 3News for more details as they become available.
